We take a biblical approach to leadership, and addressing not only the lack of leadership, but also the underlying potential and contributing factors to building a firm foundation in life by implementing a key 5 step program.

Over the years, we have accomplished many important milestones in our mission to understand our beautiful equine friends and furthermore discovering how we can benefit from our interactions with them. Most of our experience is practical application, but as any great leadership, we have awesome support from many mentors in the Equine industry.

The Stables Idaho was founded by Roman in early 2024, but the vision was only an idea back in 2022. Roman is a Idaho native that had a troubled past by being a gang member at an early age. Soon after he became a Christian that served in the church for 9 years until he was introduced to horses that preserved him when facing one of life's
The Stables Idaho was founded by Roman in early 2024, but the vision was only an idea back in 2022. Roman is a Idaho native that had a troubled past by being a gang member at an early age. Soon after he became a Christian that served in the church for 9 years until he was introduced to horses that preserved him when facing one of life's hardships.
Roman than discovered his love for horses and realized that if he would have been introduced to our equine friends as a child he would have avoided many poor choices in life. The program is not only for children, but for adults alike with Roman being a witness of it's success. He has dedicated his life to understanding horses in the areas of therapy, horsemanship training, healing and is sharing how interaction with horses can benefit us in all areas of life. He plans to share all knowledge he obtains with communities through The Stables Non Profit Organization with a mission of empowering communities through sound horsemanship.

Aleita is an Idaho native that grew up around horses, livestock, and ranching. Her family has ranched for over 5 generations and she continues to pursue her passions in the areas of accounting, farming, ranching, and a whole lot of horsemanship. She has spent her time competing in cow cutting and barrel race rodeo events, She was a

She has spent her time competing in cow cutting and barrel race rodeo events, She was a
Silver State International Rodeo Competitor and top ten participant in 2019
barrel racing/cutting international. Aleita has served in many agricultural organizations such as FFA, 4H, National Cutting Horse Association, Boise Valley Cutting Horse Association to name a few. Passionate and driven to be the best she can be Aleita's skills and leadership attributes will lead by example as she serves others in teaching, training, living and breathing sound horsemanship.
